# Join an energy intelligence firm.

## Build the systems we use to read the power market.

Each internship builds a piece that is used in our client work. These are the five open fronts.

1. **Spot market reading**: Automate how marginal costs, zone decoupling and zero-price hours are captured and combined, and the alerts that come out of them.
2. **Ancillary services**: Extend to new services the platform that tracks frequency and voltage control auctions: who competes, at what price and in which blocks.
3. **Transmission tenders**: An engine that, for each new transmission tender, brings together price history and the competitor map to decide whether to bid.
4. **Storage for businesses**: An evaluator that sizes batteries from a company's load curve and estimates its savings and its connection path.
5. **AI agents**: Agents that read regulatory correspondence, follow the sector's companies and their ownership structure, and flag what matters.
1. **Three paid positions**: Two to four months over the summer, in Santiago, working with the team that runs the firm.
2. **Who we are looking for**: Engineering students (computer science, electrical, industrial or related) who code in Python and want to understand the power sector from the inside.
3. **How to apply**: Write to careers@energysage.cl with the subject "Summer internship", your CV and the topic that interests you most. A project of your own, in any field, counts for a lot.
