Skin in the game
We put our own capital where our analysis is — we share the project’s risk and ambition, and our incentives are aligned with the project’s.
Investment & Development
We invest and develop across the energy transition —virtual net-billing, storage and distributed solar— through dedicated, independent initiatives.
01 · Why
Operating as a principal sharpens our intelligence and aligns our incentives with the project's. Investment is the proof of our thesis: we turn our read of the market into real value.
We put our own capital where our analysis is — we share the project’s risk and ambition, and our incentives are aligned with the project’s.
We bring market judgment, executive experience and a sector network — in service of the project we invest in.
Each investment advances in its own company, with its own team and governance, separate from our intelligence practice. We take part as investors and board directors.
02 · Where
Three fronts where we see value: one active investment today and two lines in development. Each one starts from the same data-driven decision we deliver to our clients.
Solar energy for homes and businesses, with no physical installation — through our investment in Nexgy.
A dedicated, independent initiative —in development— bringing storage (BESS) to commercial and industrial customers: peak-demand management, backup during outages and firm energy.
Let's discuss your caseAn independent initiative, driven alongside an industry executive team —sector executives and advisors— focused on distributed solar generation. Backed by EnergySage.

When our read of the market spots an opportunity, we put capital, structure and judgment behind it. Each line advances as a dedicated, independent initiative: Nexgy is the proof; storage and distributed solar are ones we drive alongside industry executive teams.
04 · Evidence
Chile's first virtual net-billing platform: it connects homes and businesses as co-owners of solar plants, with no physical installation — the local equivalent of community solar. EnergySage is an investor and Rodrigo Sáez sits on Nexgy's board. The first plant (Caleu 1) has been operating since June 2026.
